Studio Information
The Bay Area Academy of Music is a privately owned school located in Pleasanton California. Our school was founded in 2003 and began as a small studio offering only piano instruction. Over the years we have grown and now offer lessons for a variety of different instruments and programs. Our school provides music programs for beginners and more experienced students, ages 5 through adult.
In addition to Violin, we also offer lessons in: Piano, Voice, Guitar, Trumpet, Clarinet, Saxophone, and more!
We believe that everyone, without exception, is naturally musical! Our patient, professional instructors focus on the fun and pleasure of playing music, and provide students with the skills they need to maintain music as their life-long companion.
We hire only highly educated, experienced and licensed professional instructors. Most either have a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in music or are pursuing a degree in music. Each one has been thoroughly screened and has been very carefully chosen for their skills and abilities. We operate on a 10 month fall session, from September through June, and offer a 2 month summer session to further advance your skills.
