On Q now offers beginner violin lessons privately, in a group setting, or online for all ages! We use both the Suzuki and traditional approach to learning. Lessons are adapted to fit the needs and goals of the student.
As part of your study in violin, you'll also be taught music theory. We believe it is an essential part of learning to play any instrument. Our long term goal for any student is always to get him/her to the point where he/she can pick up sheet music and learn the song themselves. We do not only want to teach you "songs"; we want to give you the skills that you need to play the songs you've always wanted to play. That's what lessons are all about at On Q!
